Hailing from Vancouver, Phil's passion for real estate began from the Buyer's perspective. In 2008, he purchased his first property in the Riviera Maya and that first purchase grew into a career. As a Buyer, he fell in love with the process and wanted to experience real estate from the Realtor side. He joined Elements Real Estate with a desire to infuse and educate the community on the culture of Canadian and American standards and regulations. As a bi-coastal Canadian, having lived in both Montreal and Vancouver, Lev began his career in the hospitality industry, working for his parents' restaurant and quickly moving into the night life scene. These years of experience laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial lifestyle and in 2013, he chose to swap the rain and snow for the sun and sand, making the move to Mexico where his taste for Real Estate and Development began. After a few years of working in both Mexico and Canada, producing at the top for the brokerages he worked for, he saw an opportunity to open his own brokerage. Partnering with Matt, Elements Real Estate Group was born, providing foreign investment and real estate opportunities for Canadians and Americans in Mexico.

Matt is a award winning and respected realtor from London, Ontario, and a successful entrepreneur with a passion for travel and family. As a key figure in the launch of eXp Realty in Canada, Matt helped the company expand throughout Canada which led to a team of over 2,000 agents and grew internationally into 14 countries. His journey eventually led him to the Riviera Maya, where he partnered with Lev to create the Elements Real Estate Group, a venture aimed at bridging the gap for global investors interested in Mexico’s real estate opportunities by delivering world-class service. As an experienced real estate investor in Mexico, Matt guides clients through every step of the investment process, offering invaluable insights and expertise.
